OUR GUIDELINES

A- The Network seeks to achieve the largest possible measure of Unity in order to form the power base as the organized voice of African people in a particular region or nation.
B- The network administration is based upon the traditional African constitution with no authoritarian presidents or heads. As in traditional Africa, the king or chief was the spokesman of the previously expressed will of the people and the instrument for carrying out that will; the national heads of the network and the head of every unit thereof will function in like manner; issuing no important orders or public statements on behalf of the network or the people it will represent without consent of the council.
C- The network is a collective union, and no outside organization or union will be allowed to determine its policies, programs or destiny, no matter under what guise or by what approach the efforts are made.
D- The success of our network depends very heavily on the wholehearted and genuine members.
E- Every undertaking in our Network is preceded by extensive study, training and careful financial planning. The Network has short range and long range goals.

OUR PRIORITIES?

Mass/peasant empowerment by collective rural development at least for primary needs through small cottages industries implementation, their education and awareness of politician manipulation, public money looting, corruption, unjustified debt burden and religious/ethnics conflicts risks, are undoubtedly identified issues and starting points to tackle and solve Africa’s development problems.

Masses awareness and unity, political education, promotion of collective achievement and solidarity, valorization of African elites, efficient research and development activities within Africa by mobilizing of intellectual potentialities and encouraging the return of qualified African are at the core of our action. Please join us as genuine African activist for the empowerment of those who have been deprived even in their dignity.

HUMAN SOCIETY, PROGRESS AND DEVELOPMENT

One would like to think that this motion represents always progress; unfortunately, one realizes that there is sometime regression. Whether by progress or regression, nothing remains steady. Human generations follow one another, and even if in certain societies, change occurs more slowly than in others, when the conditions are favourable, nobody can prevent its occurrence. These are the "currents" that start to inhabit the enlightened beings, who become the leaders. And, if at last change is accepted by the majority, then the moment has come for such change to occur."

NOS DIRECTIVES

A- Le réseau cherche à réaliser la plus grande unité possible au sein des africains afin d’être la voix organisée des africains dans une région ou une nation particulière.
B- L'administration du réseau est basée sur la constitution traditionnelle africaine, sans présidents ou chefs autoritaires. Comme en Afrique traditionnelle, le roi ou le chef était le porte-parole de la volonté exprimée du peuple. Les représentants du réseau fonctionneront de manière semblable; ne publiant aucun ordre important ou ne faisant aucun rapport public au nom du réseau sans consentement du conseil d’administration.
C- Le réseau est une union collective, et aucune organisation ou union extérieure ne sera autorisée d’en déterminer ses politiques, programmes ou destin.
D- Le succès du réseau repose très fortement sur l'engagement inconditionnel de ses membres (femmes et hommes).
E- Chaque projet et entreprise du réseau est précédé d’une étude exhaustive, de formation et de planification financière rigoureuse et efficiente. Le réseau a des projets à courts termes et longs termes. Nous encourageons les contributions des membres.

NOS PRIORITES?

L’habilitation des masses paysannes par le développement rural collectif au moins pour les produits de consommations primaires à travers l’implantation de petites et moyennes entreprises de production et de transformation, leur éducation et conscientisations des manipulations de politiciens véreux, du pillage des biens collectifs, de la corruption, du poids de l’endettement injustifié ainsi que des risques, pièges et méfaits des conflits religieux/ethniques, sont indubitablement les problèmes notoires et les points de départ pour combattre les problèmes de développement de l’Afrique. La conscientisation et l’union des masses, l’éducation politique, la promotion du succès et de l’accomplissement, la solidarité, la valorisation des élites africaines, la recherche scientifique efficiente et adapté aux besoins réels par la mobilisation des volontés et des potentialités intellectuelles et la stimulation au retour concerté des élites, sont au cœur de nos actions. Veuillez nous joindre en tant que véritable activiste africain pour la réhabilitation de celles et ceux qui ont été ignoré et privé même dans leur dignité.

SOCIETE HUMAINE, PROGRES ET DEVELOPPEMENT

"L'histoire humaine est une succession de changements. Rien ne peut rester en l'état, car la vie est en perpétuel mouvement. On aimerait penser que ce mouvement est toujours un progrès. Malheureusement, on est obligé de constater qu'il y a parfois des régressions. Mais progrès ou régression, rien ne reste en place, les générations d'êtres humains se succèdent, et même si, dans certaines sociétés, les changements se produisent plus lentement que dans d'autres, quand les conditions sont favorables, personne ne peut empêcher qu'ils se produisent. Ce sont des courants que commencent à capter les êtres préparés et dont ils deviennent les conducteurs. Et si les changements finissent par être acceptés d'une majorité, c'est que le moment était venu".
